We recently completed an apartment complex pressure wash of 2 buildings. This apartment complex cleaning consisted of removing mold, algae, mildew, dirt, paint splatter, food grease, mud dobbers, cob webs, and much more. The process of cleaning such a large amount of square footage is simple. We focus first on getting a team of multiple trucks, we organize the apartment complex into days. So for 20 buildings it took us 3 days. With three teams doing 3-4 buildings per day with the third day being primarily for touchups.

We also send out a precleaning checklist for the property manager to send out to their tenants. This is very important to make sure the job goes smoothly. We do have tanks that we fill up before arriving at the property, but at some point the tank runs out. For us to effectively and timely clean the property this is crucial.

When cleaning the walls in the breezeways or any siding, we make sure to use very light pressure that is equivalent to the pressure of a water hose. How can it get clean if you don't use pressure you might ask. We do what is called soft washing. Soft washing an apartment complex is the safest, most effective, time-saving, and overall best way to clean the property.
