The client called and asked us to wash the entire house and back pool house, driveway, sidewalks, and furniture. There was noticeable mold growing in the seams of each corner of the house. There was also rust on the front patio furniture and mold growing by the back pool house. We had one employee doing the ground work by pressure washing the driveway and side walk, another employee soft washing the home, and a third employee rinsing down all vegetation near the home to protect the plants.
The client also had some real unique organic growth on the bottom of the backyard planters which we were able to clean and transform. It is really important to know exactly what type of contaminant you are trying to get rid of when doing a house wash. Each type of growth warrants a different cleaning method and different detergent. Having the right assortment of chemicals and training go a long way when handling these types of washes.
