Pressure Washing in Memorial

We recently completed a pressure wash in the Memorial area. The back patio was filthy and full of black mold growing all over the surface. We made sure to pre-treat the concrete with out chemical solution that kills mold on contact. Afterwards we pressure washed away the debris. Once complete we post-treated the area to make sure we killed any remaining mold and grime. This is an important step in making sure the mold doesn't come back. Another great preventative measure is making sure the area has proper drainage. If the water/debris have no where to go, it festers and the mold and mildew will grow right back.
